Short Term Options Program (STOP)
The delivery of treatment services and accomplishment of treatment goals are based on an integrated model that reflects the basic principles and practices associated with Restorative Justice, Cognitive/Behavioral Skill Development, and Relapse Prevention. Services are delivered within the context of the therapeutic community model.

The Minnesota Correctional Facility at Red Wing is a state facility designed to provide program services for serious and chronic male juvenile offenders as defined in the facility's admission criteria. The purpose of the facility's programs is to provide assessment, treatment, education and community transition services designed to equip residents with the skills, knowledge and abilities to become successful members of their communities.
